HR Manager – Part Time 2.5 days a week
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Managing HR policies across the company
- Managing employee compensation & benefits
- Establishing pay structure and rules
- Providing HR advice and guidance promptly to employees and managers in a professional helpful manner
- Writing Job descriptions - responsible for advertising for new positions, sitting in on interviews, inductions.
- Guidance and lead on appraisals across the company
- Management of company benefits
- Training & Development
- HR Compliance
- Ever-changing laws and governance
- GDPR practice
- Workplace Safety
To be considered you must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
