HR Manager – Part Time 2.5 days a week

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Managing HR policies across the company
  • Managing employee compensation & benefits
  • Establishing pay structure and rules
  • Providing HR advice and guidance promptly to employees and managers in a  professional helpful manner
  • Writing Job descriptions - responsible for advertising for new positions, sitting in  on interviews, inductions.
  • Guidance and lead on appraisals across the company
  • Management of company benefits
  • Training & Development
  • HR Compliance
  • Ever-changing laws and governance
  • GDPR practice
  • Workplace Safety

To be considered you must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
