Job Description

Noah Media Group is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to oversee its growing slate of high-profile documentary films and series.

The successful candidate will preferably have produced and delivered long-form documentaries in the past.

This is a critical supervisory and co-ordinating role, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong communication, a willingness to work hands-on and the ability to work on multiple projects at different stages of production.

This role will work alongside the film’s directors, producers and line producers to help ensure and maintain the standard of films that Noah Media Group is known for.

This person will excel managing internally and externally, dealing directly with the film’s key talent, commissioning partners and financiers.

The long-term ambition for the successful candidate is to stay on the producing side of filmmaking rather than directing.


  • Supporting the company’s film directors in delivering Noah’s growing slate of high-profile documentary features and series.
  • Overseeing and co-ordinating the production and delivery of multiple projects.
  • Working closely with Noah’s line producers to ensure projects are finished on schedule and to budget.
  • The level of projects that the successful candidate will be working on is at the very top tier of the company.

Initial role:  

  • The successful candidate will be the point of contact for external clients, investors, and talent throughout the production. This role requires excellent communication skills.
  • Working with Noah’s legal counsel to oversee, negotiate and secure key production agreements, such as talent, music and archive fees.
  • Supporting Noah’s directors in developing projects and producing sales materials to raise finance.
  • Working with Noah’s line producers and directors to draw up and oversee production schedules, agreeing key milestones to ensure an on-time delivery.
  • Keeping in regular contact with Noah’s line producers and directors to track spending, with a responsibility to deliver the film on budget.
  • Working with Noah’s legal counsel and line producers to oversee the complete paperwork delivery for each project.
  • Overseeing and having ultimate responsibility for the successful technical delivery of film assets to clients.

Development of role:  

  • Opportunity to develop into Noah’s lead film producer, working across multiple high-end, global documentaries and growing the companies film portfolio.
